TCGSA Star Grading with sea hospitality consultants

As a registered assessor with the TGCSA, we assess you according to the TGCSA's minimum requirements and grading criteria. Assessments are done on an annual basis to maintain the approved grade.

The grading process is as follows:

When you are ready to be graded, you will need to fill out the online application form : click here to complete the form.

Once completed and approved by the TGCSA, you will receive an invoice from TGCSA Head Office within 2/3 working days. This invoice needs to be paid as soon as possible in order for the assessor to contact you and set up an appointment to come and do the assessment. Once I come and meet with you, I will explain in detail the official procedure, minimum requirements and grading criteria, along with any other areas you are unclear about.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us for any more information with regards TGCSA grading.

OUR HAPPY CLIENTS:)

SIBUYA GAME RESERVE & LODGE “Franco has been our assessor for years (I forget but probably 8-10 years now). He has been an absolute pleasure to work with and many of the minor upgrades and embellishments have come as a direct result of his suggestions. Whereas he has had to remain neutral for the purposes of assessing, one has always had the feeling that he has been much more than just an assessor, but also a friend and advisor as well. And that has made his yearly visits all the more pleasant... his vast knowledge and experience of accommodation and standards in the Eastern Cape is invaluable.”
